This is a renovation and remodel of the upper level of a historic building in the heart of downtown Bozeman, heavy on detailing and finishing. Historic renovations at times unearth treasures and that is the case with this project. All the floors are the original subfloors hidden away that were uncovered, sanded and finished to expose the beautiful warm pine wood. This element adds a lot of character to the space; a very western motif that enhanced the western art displayed in the gallery. All the exposed brick is the original structural brickwork of the party walls and the interior partitions, sheathed with plywood are covered in a subtle mint green velvet fabric to elevate the look of the artwork. The base trim have integrated grills and receptacles for a finer finish. Elegantly detailed and sublimely finished, this renovation is one of a kind.
